Methodological recommendations on the formation of a Program for the development of endowment funds

These recommendations were developed by the Working Group in order to support universities in creating new target capitals and improving existing ones.

The recommendations include the main sections, including:

General description of the Program
The mission and values of the Endowment Fund
The reasons for the development of the Program
Goals and objectives of the Program
Activities to achieve the objectives of the Program
The team responsible for the implementation of the Program
Target (benchmark) indicators of Program success
Terms and stages of the Program implementation.

These materials will help educational institutions manage their funds more effectively and achieve their goals.
