It is an international bilingual business magazine published twice a year, aimed at covering the topics of endowment capital/endowment funds in various fields, such as education and others, taking into account international and Russian experience.
The development of the magazine is planned to be carried out in several thematic areas.
The journal is thematically focused on issues of endowment capital, development of endowment funds of educational institutions and other types of organizations, including legal issues both in Russia and abroad.
The magazine strives to invite and publish material about past events on relevant topics, conducted interviews with representatives of the business community and business, experts from the research environment, and disclose successful career stories of graduates of the Financial University.

The preferred language of publication is Russian with English translation (a two-sided journal).
According to the definition of open access, users of the journal's materials are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, cite full–text articles of the journal, and provide links to them without prior approval from the publisher or the author of the material.

The magazine "Endowment Funds: International and Russian Experience" invites our graduates, partners, and representatives of the research community to publish and interview.
All published materials are available immediately. We do not charge any fees to authors and readers. We adhere to the principles of transparency and best practices of scientific publications. We support platinum open access because it promotes productive scientific discussion and has a positive effect on the effectiveness and dynamics of article citations.
The rights to the article are considered transferred by the authors to the publisher from the moment of publication of the material in the printed or electronic version of the publication. The reprint of the material published in the publication by other individuals and legal entities is possible only with the obligatory indication of the full bibliographic reference.
